I loved their lettuce wrap! You can lettuce wrap any sandwich and very few places know how to do a good lettuce wrap! it was delicious! Their delivery was prompt and no problems! I heard their sandwiches were good and what I ordered I agree! Thank you!

The last 3 times I have been here, the following has happened: 1. Employees were using the bags of chips like basketballs and throwing them on the ground. They then put them in a box for delivery. 2. Twice I've asked for sprouts and have not gotten them - pretty sure they just don't have them, but won't tell you that. 3. I haven't gotten a correct sandwich order. The last time they accused me of lying about what I asked for and I had to show them the receipt that showed I had paid for what I ordered. This is by far the worst franchise I've been to locally. Oh, and the bathrooms are definitely not ADA compliant, no way you could wash and dry your hands there if you were in a wheelchair.

Meh... I've had Jimmy John's a few times now and I haven't found anything that has really blown my socks off. Most recently I tried an Unwich (which is basically a lettuce wrap instead of bread). It seemed like a nice healthy light option. Until I forget to tell them to nix the mayo. What I got was roast beef and tomato slices literally swimming in mayo wrapped in soggy lettuce. I don't recommend trying an unwich, just eat the bread. Trust me! Find some other to keep your day's calories in check. I guess I'm too much a fan of places where I can watch my sandwich being made in front of me to trust that someone outside my field of view will craft it just right.

As with any other JJs I've been to, my order was completely messed up. I knew this would happen so I we chose dine in. Out of 5 sandwiches ordered, they got ZERO correct. The cashier was gracious enough about it & fixed the sandwiches himself. The sandwich maker looked like he couldn't give a hoot & didn't even acknowledge his numerous errors. It's like they can only make the sandwiches one way regardless how you order it. Sandwiches were darn good.

This Jimmy John's kicks all other Jimmy John's sad asses into the creek, then laughs at them flailing around in incompetence compared to this Jimmy John's sandwich and delivery mastery. Here is a run down of why this place rocks my socks: - We've had a sandwich delivered within 8 minutes to my office. That's not freaky fast, that's freaking ridiculous. - Sandwiches are consistent, still too much lettuce, but I give that to my pack of wild rabbits that follows me everywhere. - Excellent amounts of mayo and avocado on my two staple choices, not enough to make the bread soggy, but enough so you can actually taste it. A fine line to walk, well done JJ - Friendly service, albeit with crazy drivers that run out of the store and almost hit people as they're walking in (those 8 minute deliveries don't happen by themselves!) All in all, a bad ass version of a relatively vanilla chain. I don't get impressed by chains too much, but I really do appreciate this place. Delicious!

What a terrible experience. They take their motto "Freaky Fast" too far. If you don't order something from the menu exactly as presented, forget about getting what you want. Today when I placed my order the woman tried to pretend she didn't hear my request to hold the avocado - had to repeat myself three times. And, yeah, I still got the sandwich with avocado. Happens every time. They seem to treasure 'fast' over what you actually want. Jimmy Johns: we'll serve you what WE choose, now get lost.

Let's just be honest. I hate Jimmy Johns. Sorry you jj lovers, but I do. However...I ordered this location when I was sick and couldn't drive and I was a little surprised. When most jj locations are dry and bland, this one wasn't bad. If I have to get it again I'll go here :)

Faster than a McD's drive through; faster than it takes to post a Yelp review. Consistent and reliable (also local delivery).

I absolutely love this location. It's always packed during the lunch rush but the service is excellent. They never take more than 5 to 6 minutes to make a sandwich. It's also awesome that they offer delivery with no minimum purchase. Occassionally, I order my lunch for delivery and it's never more than 10 minutes and always friendly. Now, if only all other JJ's could be like this one, that would be great.

As far as Jimmy Johns go, this place is tops :) We're absurdly barely-out-of-range for delivery...so we actually drive over to retrieve our sandwiches (the travesty!). The guys (and occasional girl) in there are always super nice, and while perhaps not as lightning-fast as I'd expect from a JJ's, I've never actually waited around the length of time a typical quick-service restaurant would take. So the 5 stars stand :)

Not a huge variety on the menu, especially when I compare it to the now-sadly-defunct Larry's down the block; but for a basic sandwich, JJ's is my go-to place now. Reasonably priced, the much-advertised lightning delivery to my office, and always fresh ingredients. True story: I happen to sit in the cubicle closest to the door of my office suite, which is a large cube-farm of developers, who order lunch at all kinds of wacky hours because they work wacky hours, natch. I'm the one who gets up when someone knocks on the door, and loudly sing out "Jimmy John's!" across all the cubes so the hungry developer can claim his sandwich. So now I'm the Jimmy John's girl at work. Go Figure.

I work in an office in Corporate Woods, and sometimes a working lunch is a necessity. Since Jimmy John's moved in, we've ordered delivery from them many times. And yes, they are freaky fast. We have a running joke that they have a driver with a car load of sandwiches circling our building each day waiting for us to order. They are that fast! As far as I know, they have always gotten our orders correct and the delivery people have been friendly. The few times I've been into the store to order on my way somewhere else, the staff has been very friendly, organized, and fast. Today I stopped by to grab a sandwich and chips on my way to work from a business meeting. They were evidently catering a large lunch because at least 50 box lunches were being prepared. I expected to have to wait a little longer while my sandwich made it through the production line, but I placed my order and within 3 minutes I was walking out the door. Although I've never stopped long enough to eat in the restaurant, it looked very clean in the short time I had to survey it. The quality of the food is great. The sandwich bread is soft inside, but nicely crispy on the outside. There isn't a huge menu to choose from, but there are plenty of pre-thought-out options for my tastes. Plus, I'm sure they will customize your sandwich if you want them to. All-in-all, I don't know how it could get any better.

Went here yesterday for lunch and almost got hit by a driver trying to park in a non parking sport as i was going in, then almost got hit by a different driver leaving. Neither apologized or anything. Slow service the last two times, ive never been to a Jimmy John's that I have to stand and wait for my sandwich after paying.

I typically always have JJ's delivered to my office. At least once a week. Unfortunately, the past few times I've received delivery, I've been very disappointed. My drink has been all carbonation with no flavor. Very nasty. For the charge of this drink, I've regretted ordering it. Most importantly though, the sandwich. I always get the #1, no tomato, easy lettuce. The past couple of times, it's been horrendous. I mean, just awful. The ham slices are the deep red, stringy, marbleized, fatty pieces. Have you tasted this part of the ham? It's not pleasant. After I pick out all of the bad slices, I'm eating nearly a plain sandwich with mayo and lettuce. The first time this happened I figured, eh, no big deal, not likely to happen again. Here it is, the 3rd time, and I'm just not really thrilled. Especially because of how much it costs for 1 sandwich and a beverage. I always tip well too, because i know how frustrating it must be for your drivers to deliver one sandwich. It's not the drivers fault, but I do feel like I should stop tipping to compensate for how expensive the food is. It used to be justified, but the price compared to the quality just isn't what it used to be. Many people in my office think I'm crazy to continue to order from you guys, because they too have had bad experiences. We have a Pot Belly Deli right next door, but I've always stuck true to JJ's, and have always told my colleagues that they are the crazy ones. But at this point I do not think I'll be returning. The convenience of delivery is nice, because it's hard to find time to get lunch with how busy I am. At this point I'll take the time to walk next door to get a sandwich that I know will be delicious every time. I am not one of those people that really complains too much...but I'm fed up. I really want to call to get my money back, but it's not even worth the trouble. Your guys may want to focus less on the "freaky fast" aspect, and pay a little more attention to what their putting on the sandwiches. I'm sorry to say this, but I'm breaking up with you JJ's. For good.

It helps immensely if you order two different sandwiches, that you actually GET two different sandwiches. The only difference between the two was one had Dijon mustard and one didn't. Both sandwiches delivered were the ham and provolone, when one was supposed to be roast beef. Nothing to really cry about, but other half hates ham but he ate it anyway because it was late and he was starving. Also, the extra mayo packets were not delivered.. Small things and big things like the wrong sandwich will make me not order from here again. The delivery guy rocked though, which brought this review up a star. Wish they would give you time to check your order though before they left, but I know they are running their behinds off.
